The XRAY 389180 XMC180 Micro Speed Controller is tailored to the XRAY M18 micro racecar, combining a small SMD layout with reverse and proportional brake control. Integrated BEC functionality helps keep radio and servo voltage steady when paired with stock motors.

Designed for reliable micro performance

Optimised for tight handling and repeatable throttle response, the XMC180 accepts 4-5 cell NiMH or NiCd batteries within the 4.8V to 6.0V range. It manages continuous current up to 3.6A and tolerates short 27A peaks while the built-in BEC supplies a consistent 5V rail.

No, this ESC is designed specifically for brushed micro stock motors. Brushless motors require a different controller type.
Connect the ESC servo lead to the receiver channel so the on board BEC supplies 5V. Ensure the receiver and servo current draw stay within the 0.5A limit.
Inspect ESC for loose solder joints, damaged wires or heat signs, and confirm motor and battery are within spec before running again.
