20 tooth pinion option for XRAY RX8

The Arrowmax AM-RX8-348520 is an aftermarket 20T pinion intended for the XRAY RX8 platform. Crafted from 7075-T6 aluminium and treated with a hard coating, the pinion is designed to be both light and wear resistant while meshing cleanly with the spur.

Labelled for the 2ND motor position, the pinion is offered in sizes 16T, 17T, 18T, 19T, 20T and 21T to allow simple gear ratio changes. Swapping pinions lets you tune acceleration versus top speed and adjust clutch behaviour on two-stage clutch arrangements without changing the spur gear.

When fitting to your RX8, establish correct pinion-to-spur mesh, verify the motor shaft axial alignment, and run the drivetrain by hand to check there is no binding. This is an RC-scale component for model use only.
