Overview of the downstop mount

The Factory Pro O-XCP005 downstop holder is supplied as a replacement or upgrade item compatible with O-XCP004 for XRAY X4 vehicles. Its purpose is to locate and hold the body rideheight downstop so that height settings can be repeated after the body is removed and reinstalled.

The component installs at the same attachment points used by O-XCP004 and gives a defined stopping location for body posts or mounts. When preparing the car for runs it provides a steady reference so you can swap shells or revisit a prior setup without losing the recorded rideheight.

Fitment notes: check the O-XCP004 mounting holes on your X4 chassis, reuse original bolts if they fit, and check shell clearance before locking down the part. The holder offers repeatable location but does not perform active height adjustment, which is still handled by shims or body post position.
