Purpose and Fitment

This Kyosho 82254-01 is an XT60-format 2-way power connector intended for models that use XT60 plugs. It acts as a neat inline splitter so a single battery connection can be split into two parallel feeds or form a convenient pigtail for battery and ESC connections.

To install, plug XT60 halves together with correct polarity, then apply heat shrink and provide strain relief to prevent pull on the solder joints. Treat the assembly as a wiring accessory and always check polarity and insulation before powering the model.

During setup and testing the splitter improves convenience by centralising the power junction, speeding component swaps, and reducing the need to resolder main harnesses during configuration and repairs.
