High-Strength 7075 Servo Bracket for TB8

This 7075-T6 servo bracket is produced as a precision aftermarket upgrade for the YIKONG YK7081 TB8 1/8 4WD model. CNC-machined from heat-treated 7075-T6 alloy, it aims to deliver improved stiffness and reduced weight compared with standard polymer parts, finished in anodize for a uniform look and corrosion protection.

The bracket is supplied with the fasteners shown and is designed to match the factory mounting layout so servo alignment remains unchanged. For secure fitment during spirited driving or competition, using a thread locker on metal screws is recommended to prevent loosening from vibration.

As a tuning accessory, the bracket gives a firmer mounting platform that helps keep servo endpoints and steering trims repeatable; it does not affect servo internals or electronic control and is intended only for model use.

Does this mount change steering feel?

The mount increases chassis-side rigidity at the servo location, which can make steering inputs feel more direct by reducing flex, but it does not alter servo electronics or internal gearing.

Any special setup after fitting?

After installation, re-check servo centering and steering endpoints. Minor trim adjustments may be needed to restore exact steering alignment because the stiffer mount can reveal small alignment differences.

Can I use the same servo?

Yes. The bracket retains the original mounting pattern, so existing servos will fit; the change is structural only and does not require a different servo model.
