Front steering C-hub for TB8 setups

This 7075-T6 alloy steering C-hub is an RC-scale replacement made to stiffen the front end on YK7081 TB8 vehicles. Machined from 7075 aluminium, the part lowers deformation under load when compared with standard plastic hubs, helping to maintain repeatable front-wheel alignment while tuning and driving hard. The anodised finish gives corrosion resistance and a neat appearance without impinging on fit.

The C-hub is manufactured as a direct swap for the factory part 80005 and ships with key fasteners pre-assembled. Apply a medium-strength thread locker on metal-to-metal threads to reduce the chance of bolts loosening under vibration. This hop-up is intended to refine steering feedback and stabilise toe/caster behaviour rather than to alter the base steering geometry.

Install this 7075 C-hub to reduce steering flex on TB8-derived chassis and to keep front alignment consistent across rig setup changes and track sessions.

No. The C-hub improves rigidity and feedback but does not change the base steering geometry. You may notice more consistent toe and caster under load.
Minor adjustments can help; because steering response becomes crisper, you may want to recheck toe and caster settings to optimise handling for your driving style.
Yes. The alloy hub is durable enough for routine club running and provides a consistent platform for setup and tuning improvements.
No special tools are required beyond standard RC hand tools. Use an appropriate driver and apply medium-strength thread locker on metal threads during assembly.
