Performance rear hub carrier for BD7/BD5

This aluminium rear hub carrier is designed specifically for Yokomo BD7 and BD5 1/10 RC touring car platforms. It increases rear assembly stiffness over stock components, helping the car hold a more consistent line through higher speed corners.

The carrier introduces a 0.5 degree toe-in offset compared with the original hub, making a straightforward change to rear toe without altering hub mounts. Using different suspension arm mounting positions alongside this carrier allows a wider set of rear alignment permutations for tuning traction and turn-in behavior.

The package contains a left and a right machined aluminium rear hub carrier sized for the models listed below. This is an RC-specific tuning component and is not intended for use on full-size vehicles.

The added rear stiffness and 0.5 degree toe-in typically move traction rearwards and can make entry feel more decisive. Use it alongside front roll center and shock tuning to retain overall balance.
Yes. Changing arm mounts while using this carrier broadens the alignment options, letting you dial in more or less rear grip and alter turn-in sensitivity. Trial small changes at a time.
