Installation and purpose of the rear plate

The Yokomo B10-302CPA graphite stiffener is made to link the motor mount region with the rear stiffener assembly, increasing resistance to pitching motions on BD10 cars. It is intended to raise rear longitudinal stiffness while keeping suspension geometry unchanged.

Installation offers tuning flexibility: by selecting alternate screw holes you can step the rear stiffness up or down to influence behavior under acceleration and braking. The graphite material balances added stiffness with low mass to limit weight gain.

Confirmed compatible BD10 chassis include: MRTC-BD10, MRTC-BD10A, MRTC-BD10LC, MRTC-BD10LCA, MRTC-BD10LCR, MRTC-BD10LCRA. Check model codes for correct fitment before fitting the part.
