Will this change my drivetrain geometry?

Altering axle height with the B10-BTCBA will adjust dogbone angle and can affect drivetrain alignment, so recheck for binding after installation.

Is installation reversible?

Yes, the cam replaces the stock part and can be swapped back if you want to return to standard axle height settings.

Should I change dogbones too?

In most cases existing dogbones remain fine, but check for excessive angle or binding and consider shorter or specifically angled dogbones if needed.
