Front outer pivot pins designed for YZ-2 and B-MAX2

This item is a compact set of front outer suspension pins for 1/10 electric touring cars, supplied to replace the outer pivot on the front suspension arm. The parts are intended for maintenance and setup work on compatible Yokomo YZ-2 and B-MAX2 chassis families.

Functionally the pins lock the outer pivot point of the front arm, affecting roll centre and steering responsiveness when worn parts are renewed. Ensure pins move freely and the arm returns to correct alignment before final torqueing.

Fitment tips: remove the wheel and front arm for straightforward access, keep the assembly free from dirt, and confirm there is no side-to-side play once reassembled. These pins serve as regular service replacements rather than a tuning modification by themselves.

Remark :

Replacing worn outer pins restores the intended pivot location and can sharpen steering response and stabilise roll behavior. It returns the suspension to its designed geometry rather than acting as a primary tuning part.
When fitting, confirm the pin sits squarely in the arm bore and that the arm articulates freely through its travel before tightening. Check for grit in bores and apply light, appropriate lubrication if needed to prevent binding.
