Enhance Front-End Stability with Yokomo D-156-30AA

The Yokomo D-156-30AA aluminium rod end adapter is designed for YD-2 and YD-4 chassis fitted with A-arm conversions. It replaces standard rod ends with a longer, lightweight aluminium option to fine-tune front-end geometry.

Constructed from aluminium, the adapter cuts weight relative to steel components, helping the car react faster to steering inputs and improving precision on technical sections.

Extra Length to Improve Track Control

The longer 30mm profile extends the effective length of lower A-arms, widening the front track especially when used with resin arms. This delivers more predictable behaviour through fast corners and chicanes.

Is the D-156-30AA compatible with aluminium lower arms only?

It works with both aluminium and resin lower A-arms; using resin arms will effectively lengthen the arm more, increasing track width.

Will I notice different tyre wear after installing it?

Slight changes in tyre scrub may occur due to altered track and steering geometry, so monitor wear and tweak toe or camber if needed.

Any special maintenance required?

Check for play at the ball stud and fasteners periodically and ensure threads remain clean; a light thread locker can be used if you want extra security.
