Designed Around Load Transfer

The Yokomo MD1.0 LTS (Load Transfer Special) is a chassis assembly intended for drivers focused on realistic drift feedback. Emphasising weight transfer and suspension motion, its high-mounted battery arrangement helps mimic traction roll so you can tune how the car reacts during entries and transitions.

Refined Steering and Suspension Layout

The MD1.0 LTS uses multi-wound springs to exploit rebound and strengthen load transfer effects. At the front, an aluminium steering block with a raised upper arm reduces nose dive and improves understeer control. Fine tuning of the kingpin angle adjusts camber gain during cornering, useful for both consistency and filming low-angle runs.

Flexible Build and Adjustment Options

This chassis offers a broad set of tuning points. It includes an aluminium rear bulkhead compatible with 3-gear and 4-gear setups and lets you adjust differential height to alter drive feel. The lightweight slide rack steering and movable motor mount enable precise changes to balance and steering character.
