Product brief: RP Ultra Shock Oil #40 (Red)

The RP Ultra range now includes finer viscosity steps plus an intuitive colour coding to speed choice during setup. This bottle contains 40cc of #40 silicone shock oil and is marked red to distinguish it from other grades.

Intended for filling inside RC shock absorbers, this fluid changes compression and rebound characteristics according to its viscosity. Selecting a thicker or thinner grade will alter handling, so proceed with small changes while testing.

Tuning advice for fitting: empty the old oil fully, refill carefully to avoid entraining air, cycle the piston to release bubbles, then close the shock. Use the red label to keep several bottles organised while you evaluate setups.
