SD-203A components and purpose

The Yokomo SD-203A groups all the basic mounting parts needed to service a drift package: two large servo mounts, a small servo mount, stabilizer fittings and an antenna holder. It is intended to help maintain consistent geometry and permit small, repeatable clearance changes without swapping bulk components.

Assembly is direct: choose the large or small servo mount to suit your servo footprint, attach stabilizer mounts to set sway link geometry, and fit the antenna mount for neat radio routing. Multiple spacer sizes are supplied so you can tune mounting height and side clearance after setup or minor crashes.

Will changing spacer thickness alter steering response?

Yes. Spacer thickness affects servo height and stabilizer geometry, which in turn changes steering feel. Test incremental spacer changes to dial in the desired response.

Is the kit easy to remove and reinstall for geometry trials?

The kit is designed for repeatable removal and refit. Keep fasteners organized and note spacer placement to restore original geometry after trials.
