The Yokomo Y2-302DLA is a precision-milled aluminium front bulkhead engineered to trim weight while keeping rigidity for YD-2 family chassis. Its compact, one-piece construction supports cleaner handling and better feel through drift transitions.

Sharper handling through reduced front mass

This bulkhead uses quality aluminium to reduce unnecessary weight without sacrificing strength. Fitting it to a YD-2ZX or another compatible chassis tends to make steering more responsive and improves throttle reaction during drifts.

Compatible with a variety of Yokomo YD-2 models

The Y2-302DLA suits several Yokomo platforms such as DP-YD2RXTB, DP-YD2ZX, DP-GR86 and DP-GRA90, allowing it to integrate into different builds whether upgrading or rebuilding a drift car.

Will this change my steering geometry or require trim work?

The bulkhead is designed to use existing mounting points so steering geometry stays the same. You may want to recheck toe and caster after fitting, but no chassis trimming is normally needed.

Is this part compatible with aftermarket arms and knuckles?

It is compatible with setups that follow the standard YD-2 layout. If you run heavily modified suspension parts, verify clearance and hole alignment before final assembly.
