Replace the original resin upper arm with the Yokomo Y2-P08FUIA Aluminium Front Upper I-Arm to gain a stronger, longer lasting component. The aluminium part is crafted to minimise weight while increasing strength where it counts.

7mm Caster Range for Setup Flexibility

The spacer-based adjustment lets you alter caster by about 7mm, so you can tune steering feel for different track conditions and tyre choices.

Lightweight Aluminium Strength

Despite being made from aluminium, the arm is designed to stay light so your suspension response remains crisp while front-end stiffness improves.

Installation and Fitment Advice

When fitting this arm in place of the stock resin piece, use the D-155 series upper I arm rod end adapter to achieve a correct fit. It is intended to match YD-2 mounting patterns for an easy swap.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

Will this change tyre wear?

Improved rigidity can alter contact patch behaviour, which may affect wear patterns; small caster changes can also change scrubbing on corner exits.

Is anodising necessary for protection?

If the part is anodised it adds corrosion resistance; if not, occasional cleaning and keeping fasteners dry will protect the aluminium surfaces.

Can I run this with stock steering arms?

Yes, the part is designed to work with standard YD-2 steering components, though fitting the D-155 adapter may be required when moving from resin hardware.
