The Yokomo YOKCSDOT5 Super Flex Gear Differential Oil Dot 5 is a silicone formulation for gear-type differentials in radio controlled cars. It provides the Dot 5 viscosity needed to refine how the differential transmits torque between wheels.

This fluid is a tuning tool: by changing internal resistance, it affects corner entry, mid-corner rotation, and overall balance. It is not a substitute for worn gears or mechanical overhaul.

To install, remove the diff assembly from the vehicle, access the gear chamber, and replace or top up with the recommended amount of fluid. After refitting, check the unit operates freely before use.

Maintenance advice: store the bottle sealed in a cool place out of direct sunlight, avoid contamination, and replace the oil if it shows discoloration or particles. Take care to prevent spills on painted bodies and electronics.
