This Yokomo YOKD150G gasket is designed as an RC replacement part for gear-type differentials in drift and SD setups. It provides sealing and spacing inside the differential housing to help retain oil and stabilise gear engagement under sliding loads.

Routine installation includes splitting the differential case, cleaning the mating faces, placing the YOKD150G gasket correctly, and reassembling with the correct shims and torque. No exotic tools are necessary; common hobby tools and cleaning materials are sufficient.

From a maintenance standpoint the gasket helps maintain predictable differential action by protecting lubricant retention and internal clearance, so replace it when signs of wear or leakage appear during rebuilds.
