GT500 Front Arm Pin Details

Designed as an RC-scale replacement for the front suspension on GT500 chassis. The Yokomo YOKGT-12L front suspension arm pins secure the arm pivot to the chassis and serve as the intended replacement when original pins show wear or damage.

Only compatible with the GT500 chassis; please verify your chassis code before purchase. These pins function as the pivot point and help keep arm alignment correct while reducing lateral play that can upset steering and suspension response.

Installation is routine for anyone familiar with basic RC maintenance: remove the old pin, clean the mount, then press or slide the replacement into place and fit any retaining clips or screws required by your chassis. Always follow workshop best practice and inspect fasteners after the first run.

Tuning impact: replacing worn pins restores predictable arm movement and can improve the repeatability of fine setup adjustments. The pins themselves do not change geometry but removing play helps when trimming toe and suspension settings.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Fresh pins reduce unwanted lateral movement in the arm pivot, which improves steering consistency and makes small setup changes more effective during tuning.
Replace pins when you notice excess play at the pivot, uneven suspension action, or after impact damage. Regular inspection as part of maintenance will reveal wear early.
You may find setup readings are more consistent; check toe and camber settings after installation and make small adjustments if required to fine tune handling.
