Lightweight Titanium Fixings for Tuning

This set contains five M3x6mm flat head socket screws made from titanium, intended for RC hobby use. The flat head works well in countersunk mounting points on chassis panels, body mounts and accessory brackets typical of electric RC cars and short-course models. Each pack of 5pcs suits light structural fastening where saving mass and resisting corrosion are desirable.

Installation notes: fit with the proper hex driver to prevent socket wear, use moderate torque and avoid over-tightening into soft substrates, and consider a removable thread locker for high-vibration areas. These screws are designed for standard M3 threads and provide a lighter alternative to steel hardware without altering suspension geometry.

Tuning impact: swapping steel fasteners for titanium can reduce rotating or sprung mass on small components, which may yield subtle handling benefits on finely tuned models. Always confirm thread pitch and countersink depth before final installation.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They do not change geometry, but reducing mass on small components can slightly affect rotated or sprung mass and therefore handling at the margins.
Best used for light structural fastening; avoid relying on them for heavy shear or high-torque load points where steel fasteners are preferable.
Use moderate torque appropriate to M3 into the component material; excessive force risks stripping threads or deforming soft substrates.
