YZ-2T front and rear bumper details

This RC bumper kit is crafted for the YZ-2T 2WD racing truck and delivers front and rear protection. It is offered as a bolt-on replacement to take the place of damaged bumpers, suitable for track days and practise. The content highlights fit, straightforward installation, and the influence on impact reactions while maintaining a technical perspective.

Compatibility applies only to the YZ-2T family and the listed B-YZ2 variants. Exact supported chassis are: B-YZ2T / B-YZ2DTM2 / B-YZ2CAL2 / B-YZ2DTM2S / B-YZ2DTM3 / B-YZ2CAL3. Do not attempt to mount this set on other models without checking mounting interfaces and clearance first.

Installation notes: designed for bolt-on fitting using the original YZ-2T mounting points. Remove the damaged bumper, retain serviceable stock hardware, and secure the replacement after aligning it with the chassis tabs. Slight trimming to the body may be required if the shell has been modified.

Tuning role: bumpers are a key part of crash behaviour and can affect low-speed contact during close manoeuvres. Swapping a damaged bumper restores the intended contact geometry and helps avoid unintended interference with steering and suspension travel.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Align the bumper to the chassis tabs visually, hand-tighten fasteners first, then tighten fully to avoid misalignment; keep original spacers if present.
A correctly fitted new bumper restores designed impact response and may subtly change low-speed contact behaviour, but it should not dramatically alter handling when installed as intended.
