Upgraded bellcrank for YZ-series chassis

This aluminium steering bellcrank is designed for RC off-road models and serves as a drop-in replacement for the factory resin arm on the listed YZ chassis. The alloy construction reduces flex compared with resin and can provide a firmer steering feel under load.

The unit uses an increased-size support bearing versus earlier items, which improves pivot life and resistance to wear. Because this is an accessory for electric off-road cars, check how the part interfaces with your existing steering links and servo horn before completing the fit.

Fitting guide: remove the stock bellcrank per the chassis instructions, transfer any bearings or spacers that need to be reused, and secure the new aluminium bellcrank with the original screws. After refitting, verify servo centre and adjust trims and end-points to suit. Using rigid steering links will make the stability gains more noticeable.

Service advice: keep the pivot and bearing clean and free of grit, inspect for wear at regular intervals, and re-torque fasteners after a few runs to ensure secure fitment.

You should check and fine-tune servo endpoints and trim after fitting so the sharper steering response aligns with your transmitter settings.
Yes. The increased rigidity of the aluminium bellcrank reduces flex, which often translates to steadier steering input and more predictable behaviour over bumps.
Keep the support bearing clear of dirt and inspect the pivot area regularly; clean and re-torque hardware after the first few sessions to maintain reliability.
