This M3x12 titanium tapping hex socket screw is an RC-scale replacement fastener intended for use with Drift Package series components where tapping screws are specified. With titanium construction, it is supplied as a low-weight, corrosion-resistant option for assemblies that take M3 tapping threads.

Fitment tips: ensure the screw lines up with the hole before threading, use a proper-fitting hex driver to reduce cam-out, and apply steady torque so threads in softer materials are not damaged. For plastic or thin aluminium panels that require an in-place tapping fastener, use the correct pilot hole so the screw can form threads effectively.

Performance note: suited for applications where trimming rotating or unsprung mass can help handling, and where corrosion resistance improves the longevity of mounting points. Always check thread engagement and clearance during setup to secure chassis and body fixings.
