Workshop Spacers for Precise Setup

The Yokomo ZC-S25A spacer kit is a practical set for making fine clearance tweaks on RC cars. Each shim has a 2.5mm internal diameter and the pack includes three thicknesses: 0.13mm, 0.25mm and 0.50mm, with 20 pieces for every thickness to cover multiple adjustments and backups.

Fits Multiple RC Layouts

These spacers are compatible with a range of chassis, including models such as the YR-X12 and YR-X1219. They are useful when aligning steering linkages, adjusting hub spacing or correcting minor fit issues.

When to Use Each Thickness

Choose 0.13mm for tiny, barely detectable changes, 0.25mm for moderate alignment shifts and 0.50mm for more obvious spacing needs. Keeping a set in the pit bag makes tuning between heats fast and repeatable.

These spacers are non magnetic shims intended for spacing tasks. They will not interfere with magnetic components but check the material if you need specific properties.

Yes, provided the bearing or hub accepts a 2.5mm spacer. Use thin shims to eliminate sideplay without compressing the bearing preload excessively.

Do I need special tools to fit these shims?

No special tools are required; tweezers or a small pick help place thin shims accurately. Work on a flat surface to avoid losing the tiny pieces.
