Yokomo ZR-DRAA Designed for Asphalt Drifting

The Yokomo ZR-DRAA Drift Competition Tires target asphalt drift use, featuring an updated compound and shape that complement modern drifting techniques for better control and repeatable slides on paved surfaces.

Material and Wheel Fit

The tyres fit standard 1/10 scale drift wheels and use a solid resin construction to withstand asphalt running. Tread profile, wall thickness and compound are tuned to maintain a stable contact patch during aggressive cornering. If needed, install tire mounting tape to close any gaps and secure the tyre with adhesive in several places.

Practical Mounting Tips

Ensure a snug fit for consistent performance when mounting these tyres. For loose fits, add Yokomo tire mounting tape and spot-adhere around the bead perimeter to stop the tyre from slipping under load.
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Can I run these tyres on other surfaces?

They are optimised for asphalt and will not behave the same on dirt, grass or carpet where grip and wear patterns differ.

How should I prevent tyre slip on the rim?
