Can I swap to stronger magnets for track use?

You can change magnet strength to suit heavier bodies or rough surfaces, but test traction and body fit first. Stronger magnets increase security but may make shell removal harder between runs.

Will the mount change handling or weight balance?

The mount adds minimal mass at the rear; in normal use it should not noticeably affect handling. If weight is a concern, evaluate balance after fitting and adjust ballast if needed.

Are any special tools required to fit it?

Basic hand tools such as a small screwdriver and pliers are usually enough. Keep fittings snug but avoid overtightening to prevent stress on the shell or chassis.

How do I check alignment after fitting?

Place the body on the mount and inspect gaps at the rear and sides. If the shell sits unevenly, loosen mounts and tweak magnet positions until the body sits flat and even.
