YRX12/R12 compatible front axle set

This RC front axle set is supplied for maintenance and replacement on Yokomo YRX12, R12 and compatible GT series cars. The two-piece pack provides direct-replacement axles to recover steering geometry and restore proper linkage fit where worn parts have affected handling.

Compatibility is provided for the following chassis exactly as listed: GT5-R35, GT5-SC430, GT3-REA, GT3-IS350, GT3-B4, GT3-CAX, GT3-BRZ, GT3-AHP, GT-B, GT5-R2, GT5-RS2, GT-YRSR, GT-YRSY, GT-YRSG, GT-YRSC, GT-YRS86, YR-R12C3, YR-R12C31, YR-X12, YR-X1219. Always verify the chassis code on your car before fitting to make sure the axle matches your model.

Fitting notes: these axles are designed to replace worn front axles without altering the chassis, using the car's existing fasteners and steering linkages. After installation, check wheel offset and steering travel, and torque fasteners to the manufacturer's recommended values for 1/10 scale touring cars. Fresh axles can tighten up steering feel and reduce unwanted play during setup work.

Replacing worn axles typically reduces play in the steering assembly, giving a more consistent response during setup adjustments. Expect firmer steering feel once the new axles are installed and hardware is correctly torqued.
No special chassis modifications are required. Fit the axles using your existing screws and linkages, then verify steering travel and wheel offset before final tightening.
