This RC replacement diaphragm is sold without packing and is intended for use as a service spare within Zenoah engine spare parts. It serves as the consumable membrane inside diaphragm-style carburetors and is replaced during normal servicing or when performance degrades.

Fitting is simple in a hobby workshop: remove the carburetor cover, inspect and, if possible, transfer the original packing or fit the correct gasket, seat the diaphragm evenly on the mating surface, then reassemble and confirm airtight response. Since this item ships without packing, keep the existing gasket or order the matching packing before final fitting.

From a tuning perspective, a defective diaphragm can cause erratic idle and inconsistent throttle response. Replacing the diaphragm is a common remedy to restore stable fuel metering; after replacement, recheck idle and needle adjustment with the engine running safely on a test bench.
